Location was perfect! Short walking distance to the river, city centre, cathedral, etc. Staff was friendly. Loved the espresso machine in the lobby. The tub was divine. I took the most epic bubble bath of my life. Parking in the garage next doors was easy to manage and get luggage over to the hotel. A lift was very helpful!

Clean. Big size room. Comfortable big bed. Great location. My room faced the street. Beautiful view and always sweet to open the windows to see a giant teddy bear attached to the ledge. (The outside of hotel has teddy bears displayed on it) Room had a kettle with tea and coffee. Room had slippers for you. Big bathroom with bathtub. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine and station of drinks and teas for the guests. Luggage storage avaliable if you arrive too early before check-in.

The room was pleasantly decorated with a large comfortable bed. I slept like a log. The hotel was all well decorated. The bathroom had a spa bath which was lovely after a day of cycling and wandering the town on a warm day. The location was excellent as it was close to the cathedral and canals. We had the light breakfast which was very good quality and good value. Staff were very helpful. Good safe storage for a bikes.

This was our second stay at Hotel Beaucour (the first time was summer 2018) and it was just as wonderful as we had remembered. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the location is prime. Strasbourg is a beautiful city with so much to do, and Hotel Beaucour is right in the middle of everything. We had a duplex suite for our family of four (which I highly recommend) and we could even see the cathedral and hear its bells from our room! The hotel has a great outdoor space with really nice ambiance for guests to enjoy, as well as a cozy fireplace area next to reception (which I imagine would be a fabulous place to spend time during the colder months). Breakfast was great with many things to choose from, and we really enjoyed having the option to eat outside. The hotel also has an honesty bar in the lobby area with beer, wine, crémant, and other cold drinks available, as well as complimentary water and coffee. Theo - the cutest African Grey parrot - also lives in the lobby, right next to reception and my family loved visiting with him each time we walked by. Overall, Hotel Beaucour is a fantastic hotel, and quite possibly one of my favorites anywhere!

Beautiful central location, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The ambiance in the hotel is really pleasant. Free hot drinks in the lobby for hotel residents

Excellent location for exploring the town and eating out. Very friendly staff. Characterful rooms & building. Very quiet despite being in the middle of town. Comfortable bed. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard and there were four sets of windows as it was a corner room. There was even a sitting area with a sofa. The bathroom was very large and had great mirrors and lighting. The breakfast room was very welcoming and the food was varied and delicious!

Location is perfect, also easy access to parking facilities. Hotel has a lovely traditional feel, very quirky too.

Great location, even it is near everything, there's no noise. Breakfast was buffet and it was good, the price they give doesn't include taxes.
